We are actively seeking outbound call center reps for our call center in Peachtree Corners, GA. This position helps with scheduling appointments for our sales teams by cold calling businesses and business owners.

Essential Duties:

• Calling businesses to schedule appointments for our Sales Reps to meet with the owners to market our services
• Communicating our payroll, HR, and payroll tax services to business owners on the phone
• Scheduling virtual and in person meetings between business owners and sales team members
• Outbound cold calling approximately 175-200 numbers daily in the call center from the call list
• Other duties as needed

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 A.M to 5:00 P.M (on-site)

**This is not a remote or hybrid position and commute to Norcross, GA area is required.

**Prior collections and call center experience a plus.

Experience Required: 1+ years in call center, sales, or collections.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales background
• Experience in outbound calling and warm calling techniques
• Prior experience in B2B sales and telemarketing would be beneficial

Pay: $17.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift
• No nights
